From Mind To Matter - The Holistic Approach To Wellbeing

Today I want to share with you some insights into the profound connection between our beliefs, emotions, and physical health and the importance of a holistic approach to our overall wellness.

 

It all begins within the depths of our minds. Our core beliefs are the seeds from which our thought patterns sprout. These thoughts then produce an emotional response, serving as guidance for whether our beliefs are in harmony with our true selves or not. When our perspectives are aligned, our bodies respond by releasing endorphins, creating a sense of contentment, peace, joy and health. However, when there's a misalignment, there will be a negative emotional response and the body’s reaction is to produce stress hormones.

 

This physiological response is not without consequence if we don't identify and change these harmful beliefs / perspectives. Over time, the continuous release of stress hormones can act as a trigger, potentially activating genetic predispositions. This is where iridology can offer us a window into understanding these predispositions, providing us with valuable information of the inner workings of our body.

 

What is important to realize is that addressing symptoms superficially is just a temporary fix. To ensure lasting health and happiness, we must delve deeper and address the root cause - which directly brings us back to our beliefs and perspectives. It is a holistic approach, one that requires us to look at the whole picture: mental, emotional, and physical.
